Raleigh International is a sustainable development charity who works in partnership with communities, non-governmental organisations and governments in Borneo, Nicaragua & Costa Rica, Nepal and Tanzania. We recruit team leaders and volunteer managers (age 23 – 75) to support young volunteer teams and local communities to change their world for the better. For 8, 13 or 26 weeks you could be protecting vulnerable environments, providing access to safe water and sanitation, building resilience communities and inspiring young leaders. You do not need experience of development or working with young people, just an open mind, commitment and a desire to drive positive change.
Since our foundation as a charity in 1984, Raleigh volunteers have become a global community of more than 40,000 people committed to building a sustainable future. To find out how you can get involved please call +44 (0)20 7183 1296 or visit our website.
