ConservationVIP

Conservation Volunteers International Program is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the sustainability of some of the world’s greatest landscapes and cultural sites.

ConservationVIP arranges group volunteer trips to a few select and extraordinary places, including Machu Picchu in Peru, Patagonia in southern Chile, and the Galapagos Islands. The trips are between one and two weeks long. The projects include activities as diverse as trail maintenance, restoring archaeological sites, and protecting and restoring critical habitats, depending on the location of the trip and the needs at the destinations.

ConservationVIP’s goals for every group include safety and enjoyment for the group, as well as accomplishment of tasks that benefit the destinations.

For active travelers who like to “get their hands dirty”, ConservationVIP offers a unique opportunity for ordinary people to perform extraordinary volunteer services.
